Composites (white fillings): Composites are “white fillings” that are the same color as your teeth and blend in so they can’t be detected. White fillings are also stronger, look nicer, and hold up better than old-fashioned silver fillings. Composites bond to your teeth, reinforcing them and making them stronger. They also make your teeth look new. No one will know you have a filling. Old-fashioned silver fillings (called “amalgams”) weaken your teeth, causing your teeth to fracture. Composites are a better, more-modern way to fill teeth.

Crowns (Caps): We offer all-ceramic or traditional metal-ceramic crowns. Any teeth that need reinforcement or strength can benefit by having a crown. Crowns (also know as "caps) can save teeth and prevent further damage from occurring. Your crowns are prepared by a lab that will custom-make them. They are then cemented over your teeth to protect them, and look exactly like natural teeth.

Implants: Implants are the best way to replace any tooth (teeth) that you are missing. There are two steps to getting implants. First, a post is placed in the gums. Second, at another appointment after a period to allow your tooth/teeth to heal, a tooth is permanently attached to the post. Implanted teeth look, feel, and act just like real, natural teeth.

Partial dentures: Partial dentures are a fast, easy way to replace teeth. impressions are taken and an experienced lab then fabricates the custom-made partial. Today there are several choices of materials for partials. There options are: flexible soft-plastic; acrylic; and metal-base. Partials are removable and are an easy way to replace missing teeth.

Dentures: Dentures replace all your teeth, top, bottom, or both. Dentures take a few appointments to custom fabricate the right denture for you. Now, there are several choices patients have when choosing dentures. Tooth size, shape, and quality of the “teeth” can all be controlled. Come in today to see how Saugus Smiles can make you a better smile.

Onlays and Inlays: Onlays (also called inlays) are all-ceramic tooth restorations. They’re the most conservative way of restoring a tooth. If a tooth is damaged or decayed, but still has enough healthy structure, an onlay can be used. An onlay is like a ceramic jigsaw puzzle piece that fits into your tooth, and restores its natural health and appearance, and its strong condition.

Snap-On Smile: These are what so many people are talking about. The snap-on smile is a new, economical, and easy way to give you a whiter, perfect smile. Impressions are taken, and a ceramic appliance is fabricated that snaps over your teeth. You keep it in all day and can even eat with it. If you want an easy, inexpensive teeth makeover, then snap-on smile may be what you’re looking for.

Veneers: Are thin ceramic laminates (such as Lumineers) that cover your teeth to make them look whiter, straighter, and perfectly shaped. They are a fast, easy way to give you the Hollywood smile you always wanted.
